The Italian Serie C2/A is one of three divisions which
form the fourth tier of the Italian football league system. All of the
teams competing in the three divisions of the Serie C2 are battling it
out for a total of six promotion places and attempting to avoid the nine
relegation spots. As with the Serie C1, teams rely heavily on loan
signings due to a lack of funds. The likes of Lumezzanee, Torres and FC
Canavese will be in the promotion shake up come the end of the season,
whilst the likes of AC Mezzocorona, Olbia and Rodengo Saiano face a
battle to stave off relegation.

Teams finishing 2nd-5th contest play offs, with the winner being
promoted

The teams finishing 14th and 17th and 16th and 17th contest a two legged
play out game, with the two losing teams being relegated

CM 2010 section
We will soon be starting work on our new CM 2010 section, which should
be up within the next week. I hope to build up some
comprehensive lists of all the best players, tactics, set pieces
routines and training schedules. I am also hoping to
start a new Lower League Section, with help and guides
for those who chose to start their managerial careers further
down the footballing ladder. If anyone is interested in
